STUDENT DESIGN CHALLENGE (SDC)


Develop an IoT based solution for Smart Healthcare

Eligibility. ..
This competition is open to all under graduate, post graduate and doctoral students of any institute of any domain. Non-resident Indians, as well as foreign students can also take part in the competition and there is no entry fee for SDC. The top three entries will earn a Certificate of Recognition and all shortlisted entries would be entitled for free registration in DeW 2017. Besides, the top three entries will earn a Certificate of Participation and Cash Prizes worth Rs. 5,000, 3000 and 2000 respectively.

Judging Criteria
Each design will be judged by a panel of experts based on the following criteria: Creativity, Effectiveness, Practically, Originality, Usability, Manufacturing Feasibility, and Presentation. Each team can have maximum of three member s. Each participant/team is allowed a maximum of two entries.

Submission Specifications
All entries must be submitted online

  • A2, Portrait (maximum of two pages) 300 dpi JPEG or PDF format
  • Write-up (DOC, DOCX or PDF format) must contain Summary about the design (not more than 200 words) Full contact information: Name, Postal Address, Email, Telephone Number, and Address of the Institution
  • A copy of your student ID card
