Welcome to DeW 2020

The seventh annual Flagship event of IIITDM Jabalpur, Design Workshop (DeW7.0), is to be organized by the Institute in collaboration with Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Japan during February 13-15, 2020. The central idea of the workshop is Application of Artificial Intelligence and IoT in Smart Systems, which is truly interdisciplinary in nature in alignment with the core theme of IIITDM Jabalpur which is IT enabled Design and Manufacturing.

This workshop aims at providing the ground for disseminating new and interesting ideas on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) can make valuable contributions in design and development of Smart systems and their Applications in Smart Cities, Smart Farming, Transportation, Health, Smart Grid, Tourism etc.

The purpose of the present workshop is to bring together people from the arena of academia, industry and research to share their expertise and technical knowhow on the challenges and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and IoT in Smart Systems. DeW 7.0 will include wide spectrum of topics immensely useful to students, academicians, researchers, scientists, industry professionals, Designers and consultants.

Eminent speakers from India and abroad will deliver distinguished talks in these areas.
The workshop also features submission of high quality research papers on innovative designs and ideas aiming to solving real life challenges. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of DeW 7.0 and three best papers will be awarded during the workshop.
