• Each registration (with fee) includes tea/coffee with snacks during breaks, lunch, and dinner during workshop days.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.

• Limited numbers of rooms are available in the Institute Visitors' Hostel (VH) which can be availed on payment and first-cum, first-served basis. Based on the availability, VH accommodation may be provided on twin-sharing basis. The VH accommodation rate is Rs 1000/day for Double Occupancy and Rs 800/day for Single Occupancy.
• Limited numbers of guest rooms are available in the Institute students Hostels. Based on the availability, the guest room accommodation may be provided on twin-sharing basis. The guest room charges are Rs. 100 per day per person.
